Education Requirement for Applicants:
MBA, MBM, Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, English, Mathematics, Engineering from reputed university. Min 2 1st class or equivalent require for Management Trainee Officer and Min 1st Class/Division require for Trainee Senior Officer.

Trainee Officer:
Post graduate degree from any reputed university. Applicants have min all 2nd class/division or equivalent. No 3rd class allowed for application. Candidate who have CGPA less than 2.0, they are not eligible. Selected applicants have to ready any where in Bangladesh specially out side of Dhaka.

Management Trainee Officer (MTO): Finally selected Management Trainee Officer have to serve as MTO for min one years. In this period He/She will get monthly consolidated compensation  Tk. 45,000/= only salary. After completed probationary period, they will promoted as First Executive Officer. FEO will get initially monthly salary Tk. 65,000/= only
